Negative correlation of Modified Sperm Stress Test with Leukocyte in Sperm but not with the sperm concentration and motility

Background: Sperm analysis is an initial detection procedure of male infertility recommended by the WHO. motility as one important parameters in sperm has a close correlation with various determinants and success Assissted Reproductive Technology (ART). Several laboratory assays were carried out complement to describe ability for fertilization. One was modified stress test (MOST) predict oocyte fertilization In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF).Objective: This study aimed assess between MOST ratio infertile men.Methods: descriptive-analytic taking data from 864 males problems who went clinic, Sadewa IVF, Yogyakarta, Indonesia May 2015 November 2020.Results: The mean volume concentration patients 3.04 mL 35.74 x 106 / respectively. forward normal morphology 47.93% 2.07% leukocyte cell number 0.84%, 0.51. results showed positive (r = 0.235) 0.302) ratio.
